What buyers can review immediately

- Public pricing and billing boundary, including Paddle as merchant of record.
- Privacy, terms, provider list, and security overview.
- EU hosting statement, retention statement, and model-provider disclosure.

Service boundary
Chatline.AI runs on dedicated infrastructure in the European Union via Hetzner. Application and conversation data are stored on operator-controlled infrastructure in the EU.
Payments are handled separately by Paddle. Response generation may use OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI. We do not train models on your chats.
Anonymous public conversations are purged after 30 days. Account operators can request deletion and review through product workflows or email support.

How to request review
DPA and vendor review path
- Send privacy, security, and DPA requests to [email protected].
- Send pricing, procurement, launch-readiness, or commercial review requests to [email protected].
- Include your company name, billing entity, deployment scope, expected launch date, and any vendor questionnaire or DPA template you need reviewed.
- State whether you are asking for procurement routing only, a data-processing review, a security questionnaire, or a custom DPA review.
Public documents are available immediately. Custom privacy, security, and DPA review is handled for launch-ready business buyers.

Review inputs
- DPA template or questionnaire if your procurement team has one

- Any required turnaround date
We do not publish a staffed phone line. Support and vendor review requests are handled asynchronously by email.
