Terms of Service
The operating rules for using Chatline, public AI line pages, account access, subscriptions, and service-side limits.

Chatline is operated by Chatline sp. z o.o., Aleja Gen. Antoniego Chrusciela "Montera" 88A, 04-412 Warsaw, Poland.
1. Service Description
Chatline provides an AI-powered chat platform where users can converse through AI lines. The service is provided as-is, and AI responses are generated by third-party language models.
2. Accounts
You can use Chatline through anonymous public trial access with service-side limits, or create an account to manage your own lines, billing, and subscription settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Chatline to:
- Generate illegal content
- Harass or impersonate real people
- Attempt to extract training data from AI models
- Use the service for automated or bot access without permission
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, VAT/tax collection, invoicing, and refunds. Subscription terms and cancellation are managed through your account settings.

5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Paddle according to their refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Content and AI Responses
AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content despite our moderation efforts. You use AI responses at your own discretion. User-created lines must comply with our content guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your conversations and created lines. We retain rights to the platform, branding, and service infrastructure.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chatline is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for AI response content, service interruptions, or data loss beyond what is required by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
